1. No Refunds

•  All services are non-refundable once rendered.

•  This includes diagnostic visits, labor charges, and part replacements.

2. Part Replacement Guarantee

•  We offer a 3-day replacement guarantee on parts installed during service.

•  If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within 3 days, we will replace it at no additional cost.

•  This does not cover damage due to mishandling, water exposure, or accidental drops.

3. Service Satisfaction

•  If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit.

•  We will assess the issue and offer a resolution where applicable, but refunds will not be issued.
